- Create oversight and improvement of public safety through effective evaluation and coordination of fire, police, emergency, mental health services, social services, and other public agencies.
- Participatory budget process and readable budgets for the public
- Maintain an effective and balanced budget that addresses community needs and prepares for future opportunities and threats while reducing debt to to put our city on a firmer financial footing
3. Just Community Development
- Affordable housing and housing justice through just cause, rent control/stabilization, and homeownership assistance programs
- Support youth by creating a youth center and youth employment program while providing more resources for libraries, parks, and rec centers
- Create green spaces for living, recreation, relaxation, and enjoyment
